To: All Aiyara Business Partners and Independent Distributors

Aiyara Planet Co., Ltd. would like to inform all independent distributors and Aiyara business partners that the Company will be adding provisions regarding its Inventory and Product Buyback Policy in the Event of Independent Distributor Contract Termination to the Business Operations Manual. This addition is intended to ensure clarity, transparency, fairness, and compliance with international direct selling ethical standards.

The key provision is as follows:

“The Company will repurchase inventory products that remain unsold by the Independent Distributor and are still in resalable condition, including sales aids, business support materials, and business operation manuals purchased within the last twelve (12) months prior to the termination of the contract. The Company will refund the Independent Distributor based on the original purchase price, less a processing fee of up to ten percent (10%) of the net purchase price. The Company may also deduct any benefits, incentives, commissions, or other compensation previously received by the Independent Distributor that were attributable to the products being returned.”

Conditions for Product Buyback

To ensure that the product buyback process is conducted properly, transparently, and with full traceability, Independent Distributors are required to retain proof of purchase, such as receipts, tax invoices, purchase orders, or any other documentation issued by the Company.

Products submitted for return must:

• Have been originally purchased from the Company.
• Have manufacturing lot numbers and/or product identification codes that correspond with the purchase documentation or the Company’s records.
• Have QR Codes matching the information contained in the purchase records or the Company’s system.
• Remain in resalable condition.

The Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity and accuracy of all documents, purchase records, and the condition of returned products before proceeding with any buyback in accordance with the applicable policy and criteria.

The Company would like to emphasize that the purpose of this policy enhancement is to promote ethical and fair business practices, while providing confidence and protection to all Independent Distributors. This policy reflects the Company’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and sustainable mutual growth.
